    We rented two Himalayan BS4 (FI model) for a Spiti Valley + Sach Pass ride in September 2019. Bikes were in good condition and performed admirably. Customer service was also good – emails and phone calls were answered thoughtfully, and Ashish even let us store a couple of bags while we were traveling by bike. Thanks!

    A few more details about our trip and our interactions with Joga Motors:

    Rental price of the bikes very fair considering how hard we rode them. Consider checking rates at other Delhi moto rental places before locking in, and don’t be afraid to negotiate a bit.

    Joga Motors supplied us with spare parts on an as-used basis as well as a slightly expanded tool kit for our long trip. Note: make sure to request the exact parts + tools (literally, list clutch cable, tire irons, etc etc in an email so they can prep the parts and tools for you) you want to carry if this is a necessity for your trip.

    Joga also provided us with saddlebags – if you are to request saddlebags, be sure to request HIGH QUALITY saddlebags, as the ones we were offered were incredibly low quality and fell apart within days (we had to have them overhauled by a tailor in Kaza!). Good quality Indian brands of moto luggage include Cramster and Rhynox (among others), consider asking for these by name.

    Royal Enfield Himalayan (great bike)
    Excellent service and quick to respond to the many questions I asked. I rode the Royal Enfield Himalayan with wife on back and we both had hand luggage cases that fitted fine on the side racks and rucksack on the backrack. The bike was nearly new and a joy to ride as longest day was 11 hours and bike was no problem. They gave me 2 spare tubes and clutch and throttle cables as spares, after covering over 2000 klms with only 130 klms to reach Joga I got a rear puncture and in 30 mins it was changed and back on the road thanks to Joga for giving me the spares to carry.
