Before exporting the bike to any country, we first clarify all exporting rules of that country. Original and all related documents of the bike are prepared beforehand so that the client does not face any problem in his country at the time of the delivery of the bike at his port. The scanned copy of the original Registration Papers of the bike are sent to the client before the delivery of the bike and all the original papers including the registration papers, the invoice and the shipping bill are sent by the courier as soon as the bike gets the customs clearance in India and is loaded for dispatch
Before packing the motorcycle, all flammable items are squeezed out to prevent accidents. The bikes are packed with full precautions in the specially made wooden boxes, with cardboard and bubble sheets wrapped all around the bike to avoid scratches. An oil or wax coating is done on the bike to avoid any rusting on the way as it has to cross the moist sea winds. Therefore, once it reaches its destination the client needs to wash it properly to remove the oiling. It is seen that the bikes are packed in such a manner that it should not suffer any damage while transportation. It is a request to all our foreign clients of customized bikes that they should collect the bikes from the seaport storage center in their countries on time that is as soon as the bike reaches there. If there is a delay in picking up the bikes that they have to pay extra parking charges per day to the seaport storage center owners in their country which creates problem.
